Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
